Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Business Office Administrator to manage the administrative, financial, and operational functions of our dental office. The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values excellent patient service. Responsibilities Oversee daily front office operations, including scheduling, patient records, and billing. Manage insurance verification, claims processing, and payment posting. Support financial reporting, accounts receivable, and office budgeting. Supervise and train administrative staff to maintain efficiency and accuracy. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient flow and service quality. Handle vendor relations, office supplies, and general administrative duties. Requirements Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of administrative or office management experience; dental office experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of insurance and dental billing procedures.
