We are seeking a friendly and organised individual to be the first point of contact for our Business Development Unit at NPTC Group of Colleges, while providing essential administration support.
Scale 2, Points 14 - 16, £24,425 - £24,824 per annum, pro rata, equivalent to £19,094 - £19,409 per annum.
Permanent, part time, part year, 40 weeks per annum.
32.5 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).
About you: Our ideal candidate will have a Level 2 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in Customer Service and have relevant experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment. You should also hold level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate to level 2 (with working knowledge of using MS Word and Excel). The ability to speak Welsh is essential, if the successful candidate is not fully fluent in Welsh on appointment, they would be required to undertake a Work Welsh language course at the appropriate level.
