As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional experiences and ensuring smooth hotel operations. Greet and welcome guests with a warm, sincere smile upon arrival Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring 100% accuracy in guest information and room assignments Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately Assist with reservations, including room bookings, modifications, and cancellations Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and issues are resolved quickly Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times Upsell room upgrades and promote hotel services to drive revenue Handle guest complaints and escalate to management when necessary Assist with administrative tasks such as report generation and inventory management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in front office operations, preferably in a luxury hotel setting Proficiency in Front Office Systems (e.g., Micros-Fidelio) and Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Basic math skills for handling financial transactions Knowledge of local attractions and services in Cairo Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Additional Information Your team and working environment: • A passionate and inspired team that creates unique experiences for all they meet. • We recognize and celebrate our team and individual success Hotel Overview: Overlooking one of Cairo’s most beautiful Nile views, Nile City Towers complex is a business destination claim to Egypt’s corporate success.
