As the first point of contact, your impeccable customer service skills and attention to detail will create a memorable and positive experience, ensuring our guests feel valued from check-in to check-out. Greet guests upon arrival, facilitate smooth check-in/check-out processes, and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and policies. Handle room reservations, confirm guest details, assign rooms, and communicate any special requests or accommodations to relevant departments. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Process payments, verify payment information, and handle financial transactions accurately, including cash handling and coordinating with the accounting department. Serve as a central point of communication, relay messages between guests and other hotel departments, and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Service focused personality is essential; previous Front Desk experience is preferred Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays. Computer literacy a must with Opera experience is a must. Professional appearance and demeanor A passion for Guest Service and a skill for anticipating guest needs Ability to work in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills required Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Additional Information Directly opposite to The Dubai Mall, the iconic Burj Khalifa, 10 minutes walk to the Dubai Metro Station and within a few minutes’ drive to DIFC, World Trade Centre and just 15 minutes’ drive from Dubai International Airport, Swissotel Al Murooj is located in downtown Dubai, one of the city’s favoured destinations for business or leisure.
