Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude upon arrival. Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications both over the phone and in person. Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of guest accounts and transactions. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer applications.
