As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive. This position requires excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude. Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Process payments and manage billing information using the hotel’s reservation system. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computer systems, including reservation and payment processing software.
