We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details: Summary of Responsibilities: Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service Check guests in and out of the hotel Answer and direct incoming calls and assist with guest inquiries Book and modify reservations Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidential information is protected Only for Indonesian Citizen Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Fluent in Korean, Mandarin, Japanese or other languages is an advantage Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
