You will handle guest inquiries, reservations, and concerns professionally and efficiently. Your role is vital in creating a positive and memorable stay for each guest. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Handle the check-in and check-out process efficiently using FOSSE. Manage room assignments, guest preferences, and special requests accurately. Handle cash, credit card, and billing transactions in accordance with hotel procedures. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Resolve guest issues, concerns, or complaints promptly and courteously. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby area. Uphold Marriott brand standards and ensure compliance with all Residence Inn service protocols. Perform end-of-day audits and reports if working evening/night shifts.
