We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. Front Desk Agent experience is required.

DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for check-in/out process, room assignments, collecting payment and settling accounts as per property standards
  • Greet and respond to guest requests while providing exceptional service
  • room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience
  • Coordinate with appropriate departments (Housekeeping, Breakfast and Maintenance)
  • Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures, as well as health & safety protocols

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hotel Front Desk experience is preferred
  • Experience with hotel property management is required, Visual Matrix or similar PMS
  • Computer literate with strong abilities in Microsoft Office is required and prior experience working with a property management system
  • Fluency in English with both verbal and written communication; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts and days of the week, including overnights
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    Job Type: Seasonal
    Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
