JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to be the face of our hotel and provide guests with a warm, welcoming experience. This role is essential in ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with reservations. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software or the ability to learn quickly.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and event space.
  • Assist with event bookings and coordinate with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage payments and billing, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
