SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS Country Meadows in Aldergrove, BC. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service from check-in to check-out, contributing to our mission of providing an exceptional hotel experience.

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone and in person.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of quality and service.

Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
