Front Desk Agents must be capable of multitasking and quickly responding to any security or safety concerns that arise. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment and is a great starting point for someone who is just entering the workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to guests and employees for all front desk needs.
  • Respond to inquiries about services and amenities.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with rental transactions.
  • Administer guest complaints and concerns.

SUMMARY

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Utilizing core skills in customer service, front desk operations, and guest services, you will handle inquiries, reservations, and requests efficiently. Your premium skills in multilingual abilities and phone etiquette will enhance communication with a diverse clientele, creating a welcoming atmosphere. With a background in hospitality and experience with multi-line phone systems, you will contribute to maintaining a high standard of service and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: From $16.25 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
