REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred, ideally within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills, with the ability to manage multiple calls effectively.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest services.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
