POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with people, and have a passion for hospitality, this is the role for you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is an asset (training will be provided).
  • Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check-in/check-out guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with care and prompt attention.
  • Manage phone calls, reservations, and emails in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and directions.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Follow security, safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the Front Office Manager or General Manager.
