JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. There are full time and part time positions available.

SKILLS

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in clerical tasks including typing, filing, and data entry.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with medical or dental office environments is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.
  • Competency in using computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping.
