JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable breakfast experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve breakfast items, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and provide exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will contribute to a positive start for our guests each day.

SKILLS

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Kitchen experience including cooking, meal preparation, and food handling.
  • Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Micros POS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils.
  • Serve breakfast items to guests while ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
  • Handle food safely in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
  • Assist guests with inquiries about menu items and dietary restrictions.
  • Operate POS systems for cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Clean kitchen equipment and utensils after use, ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
  • Monitor food supplies and assist in inventory management as needed.
