We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.

SKILLS

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Experience in hotel front desk or costumer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good computer skills; knowledge of Webrez Pro is preferred, but not a must;
  • A positive attitude and willingness to assist both guests and team members as needed.
  • Friendly and pleasant demeanor, courteous, self-motivated, and professional.
  • Relevant education and experience in a hospitality or tourism setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, take reservations, and provide information as needed.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Manage reservations made by phone, email and through OTA’s
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
  • Perform other related duties as required by management
