JOB OVERVIEW

Evenings and weekends required. We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

JOB HOURS

Looking for someone who can do 12 Hours Shifts 8AM-8PM.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality industry practices
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Process reservations and cancellations accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
    -Maintain cleanliness of lobby and guest common areas after cleaning staff have left for the day
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
