Job Description
As a Front Desk Agent at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, efficient check-in/check-out services, and delivering exceptional service throughout the guest’s stay. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences aligned with the Fairmont standard of excellence.
Position Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: $19.74/hour
Start Date: September 2025

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous Front Office/Guest Service experience an asset
• Opera PMS and MS Office experience preferred
