Job Summary: We are looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent to join our team in assisting with all aspects of hotel guest’s accommodations. Applicants must be self-motivated in a customer service-oriented atmosphere and must have a full understanding of the importance of working as a team to provide great customer service to our guests. Must feel comfortable in all situations, showing confidence and able to make fast decisions in any situation. Full time and part time available, includes weekends and holidays. Primarily seeking afternoon availability with shifts ranging from 1pm-9pm and 3pm-11pm. Benefits ( Full-Time) * Medical and Dental Insurance * PTO * Competitive Pay * 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan * Life Insurance * Disability Insurance * Hotel Room Discounts * Ongoing Training and Career Development Responsibilities * Perform all check-in and check-out tasks * Manage online and phone reservations * Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data * Register guests collecting all necessary information * Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms * Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities * Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner * Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs * Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests * Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate * Monitor all areas of the hotel to assure secure and safe. * Maintain updated records of bookings and payments. * Document any guest comments/maintenance requests. * Maintain all areas of the front desk. Qualifications * Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role * Experience with hotel reservations software * Customer service experience * Excellent communication and organizational skills About Us: At Regency Hotel Management, hospitality is who we are—and what we do best.
