Requirements Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide an exceptional arrival experience Perform all check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently Manage online and phone reservations Verify payment information and process guest transactions Provide information about hotel services, room types, rates, amenities, and local attractions Respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards Confirm group reservations and help coordinate special requests for VIP guests, wedding parties, and event attendees Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through additional hotel services and amenities Maintain accurate reservation, billing, and guest records Support hotel operations through additional duties as assigned Experience & Qualifications Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar customer service role preferred Hospitality experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn go a long way Ability to read, write, and speak English Key Competencies Strong attention to detail and guest needs Excellent customer service mindset Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure Self-starter who takes initiative Ability to follow instructions and work independently Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic hotel environment Reliable and committed to completing tasks accurately and on time Full-Time Position Flexible scheduling required, including: Days Evenings Weekends Holidays as needed $19.50 per hour Benefits & Perks We take care of our team so they can take care of our guests.
