QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
