JOB SUMMARY

Must be able to work till end of October and be willing to help with all aspects of working in the hospitality field.
This may include end of season room cleaning, grounds keeping, organizing, paper work, social media content, ordering, room inspections etc.
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in office management tasks including filing and clerical duties.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
  • Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out of the facility.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office management functions.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Utilize bilingual skills to assist non-English speaking guests when necessary.
