JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at a boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage guest inquiries effectively.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred, not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate guests from various backgrounds.
