The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing all aspects of guest accommodations, and ensuring a positive experience. This includes check-in and check-out procedures, online and phone reservations, payment information, room assignments, and providing information about the hotel’s amenities and services.

They will be responsible for handling various tasks, including verifying hotel room availability, balancing reservations, and maintaining the lobby’s appearance.

Job Responsibilities:
-Must be available for either 7am to 3pm and 3pm-11pm.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Manage all aspects of guest accommodations
- Ensure a positive guest experience
- Check-in and check-out guests
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Provide payment information
- Assign rooms to incoming guest
- Provide information about hotel amenities and services
- Respond to guest requests, concerns, and problems to ensure guest satisfaction
- Respond to guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Handle phone system, transferring calls, reservations, etc.
- Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain overall lobby appearance
- Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in Guest services or hospitality industry practices is preferred.
Experience:
* At least six months of hospitality experience, accounts receivable experience, or customer service experience is required.
* Three call-offs within a 30-day period will result in termination. If you are not committed to the role, please refrain from applying.
Driver’s License:
* A driver’s license is recommended.
