Description The Hotel Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for The Portlander Inn. First impressions are critical, and the Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering a World Class Customer Experience to all guests who walk through our door. The Front Desk Agent performs a variety of customer service functions, receptionist duties, and in-house communication between housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff members. Wage: $17.75 - $18.75 Schedule: Monday & Tuesday, Swing Shift Work Status: Part-time Location: Portland Benefits: 401k with company match. Paid time off for vacations, sick, and personal days. Must be able to understand and follow verbal/written instructions, work on more than one task at a time, and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
