THE JOB: This role will report to: The Front Office Manager We are currently seeking an individual who wants to be part of the Kona Kai culture and serve with a purpose. We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to assist us in creating a world-class environment that will enable our guests to connect with our fine establishment. The Front Desk Agent is a key dynamic position in the resort's Rooms Division. As the Front Desk Agent, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the face of the arrival team. In this position, you will assist our guests with check-in, out and any request they have during their stay. Your standard response will become “yes, absolutely!”. Requirements Qualifications: Flexibility with Schedule. (AM, PM & Overnight) Maintain Positive relations with our valuable guests and team members. Desire to learn and deliver guest service experience. Ensure high level of service is always maintained. Computer literacy; Word, Excel & Property Management Systems. Must be well groomed. Must be punctual and ready to start their day. Strong communication skills. Maintains a clean and tidy work environment. Must be able to multitask.
