What you will be doing * Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression. * Efficiently register guests upon arrival, verifying identification and processing payments according to hotel policies. * Assign rooms based on reservations and guest preferences (when possible). * Issue room keys/access cards and explain hotel amenities and services (Wi-Fi access, restaurant hours, etc.). * Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, offering local recommendations and resolving any issues that may arise. * Manage cash drawers, ensuring accurate financial transactions and following proper security protocols. * Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance. * Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate guest records within the hotel's Property Management System (PMS). * Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. * May be required to answer phones, take messages, and assist with wake-up calls. * Uphold all company policies and procedures, ensuring guest safety and security. *   Qualifications What we are looking for * Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred). * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Accuracy and attention to detail are essential. * A positive and friendly attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest service. * The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. *
