Key Responsibilities: Perform smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests. Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail. Provide guests with accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room availability and guest satisfaction. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records of transactions. Fluency in Mandarin and English; additional language proficiency is a plus. Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or front desk setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in hotel management software (PMS Opera is a plus). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
