FRONT DESK AGENT As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities include check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail help create a welcoming and seamless guest experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * You will be the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay. * Your daily tasks will include checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions. * You will report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor. * A career as a front desk agent can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as front office supervisor, front office manager, or even a management position in hotel operations. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:  * A combination of education and experience.
