REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in front desk operations or hotel management is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is beneficial.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
