JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth operation during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and performing nightly audits to maintain accurate financial records.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a hotel environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for performing nightly audits accurately.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
