We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
