ABOUT US:

A former 10th century castle, the 39 suites of Castello di Casole retain the ambience of a private country house. It is a gateway to rolling hills, olive groves, and vineyards, as well as Tuscan towns Siena, Florence, and San Gimignano. The hotel is rooted in its agricultural past, displaying Etruscan artifacts found across its 3,200 acres. Its cuisine celebrates its surroundings, with a farm-to-table concept and a focus on simple, fresh produce. Expansive gardens are complemented by an infinity pool and a spa housed in the former wine cellar. Two private villas reflect Tuscan tradition. Guests are invited to take in the landscape with activities ranging from stargazing and hiking to wine tasting and truffle hunting. With our vast offerings, the opportunities to craft a unique career here are endless. Join us and achieve the truly exceptional.
