ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a warm, professional, and service-driven Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring every stay is memorable and seamless.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
  • Register guests in the computer system accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify reservations, addresses, identification, and credit card details.
  • Handle and issue room keys while following company security protocols.
  • Accept payments during check-in and checkout.
  • Process checkouts smoothly while encouraging repeat visits.
  • Answer guest inquiries promptly and professionally (in-person and over the phone).
  • Handle guest complaints and comments with empathy and appropriate follow-up.
  • Post miscellaneous charges as needed.
  • Contribute to guest satisfaction by exceeding expectations and anticipating needs.
  • Perform pre-arrival duties including blocking rooms based on requests, loyalty statuses, and room types.
  • Maintain clear, concise pass-on communication with the next shift.
  • Stay informed of rate levels, seasonal pricing, promotions, and package offerings.
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by leadership.
