SKILLS * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus. * Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs. * Ability to multitask, remain organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
