QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Certificate or college diploma in Hotel Management (completed or in progress)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of customer service experience

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Check-in and assign rooms to arriving guests
- Manage, process, cancel, and change room reservations
- Respond to guest concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring satisfactory resolution
- Handle payments and balance cash
- Document issues in the Front Desk logbook for communication to the next shift; escalate to the Hotel Manager as needed
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Perform clerical duties as required
- Assist the Supervisor with additional tasks as needed
- Maintain flexibility with scheduling
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform other related duties as assigned
