Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Process reservations, payments and billing accurately.
• Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest stays.
• Deliver exceptional service in line with Radisson standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office or guest service experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for customer service.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
