Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival. * Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately. * Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously. * Maintain accurate guest records and handle reservation bookings. * Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions. * Process payments and ensure proper documentation of transactions. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. * Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with computer systems and hotel management software. * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
