At Salamander, the possibilities for professional growth and success are endless! ---------------------------------------- JOB SUMMARY We are currently seeking a Full-Time Telephone Operator to join our team at Salamander Middleburg. The Telephone Operator will play a key role in coordinating guest services, responding to guest requests, and supporting front desk processes to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. ---------------------------------------- ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Guest Service Coordination: Act as a dispatcher for security, guest services, tram service, housekeeping, and property operations employees, providing timely communication in response to guest requests. * Phone Handling: Answer telephone calls promptly and greet callers with a positive, clear, and professional voice. Listen attentively to ascertain the purpose of the call and ensure an accurate transfer to the correct department. * Message Transcription: Accurately transcribe messages as requested, and input and retrieve them as needed.
