Nestled in the Okanagan Valley on the shores of Osoyoos Lake, Sandy Beach Suites is a small, family-oriented resort. We are seeking an experienced P/T front desk agent who enjoys working with people and strives to provide outstanding customer service to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities Include:
* Assist guests with their requests and concerns
* Handle daily arrivals and departures as well as online and phone reservations
* Assist with laundry and housekeeping as needed
* Assist guests with the booking of paddleboards or kayaks and helping them to and from the lake
* Ensure the property is kept clean & report any maintenance concerns to appropriate staff
* Other tasks as needed
Being a front desk agent involves frequent walking (up and down stairs) as well as standing throughout the shift.
The position is part time with the potential for additional hours during the summer for the right candidate. Hours will vary and include mornings, evenings and weekends.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
