In the role of Front Desk Agent at Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, you will be at the heart of the guest experience. You will be an essential part of our Front Office team, managing all aspects of the guest's stay from check-in to check-out, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and personalized service. If you are a polished communicator with a passion for hospitality, this is your moment. Primary Responsibilities Include Performing all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously. Managing guest reservations and room allocations. Answering hotel telephones and responding to guest inquiries via email and in person. Handling guest payments and managing cash floats accurately. Providing comprehensive information about hotel services, Taormina, and local attractions. Resolving guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Liaising with other departments to fulfil guest requests. What You Bring: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 5-star luxury hotel. Proficiency with hotel management systems (HMS) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A polished, professional appearance and demeanour. Strong problem-solving abilities and grace under pressure. Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
