Job Description
Starting Rate of Pay: $20.22/hr CAD

As a Guest Services Agent with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you have the opportunity to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our Guests. In this role you will support the hotel by:

  • Welcome, check-in and check-out guests
  • Promptly and pleasantly handle phone calls and guest messages
  • Efficiently handle all guest queries and requests
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Maintain Company issued float and ensure accurate balance postings for each shift
  • Ensure that the Front Desk is appropriately supplied and stocked at all times

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Related work experience in the hospitality/Front office asset
  • Customer service experience required
  • Previous Property Manager experience asset
  • Microsoft applications experience required
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
    Additional Information
    Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
