JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries. A strong background in hospitality management is preferred, along with excellent communication skills.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Familiarity with hospitality software systems is beneficial for efficient operations.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively.
