Description:

Thunderbird Motor Inn is committed to excellence and pushing boundaries to exceed customers’ expectations! We are looking for Customer Service Representative to join this fantastic team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
  • Complete but not limited to assigned tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Provide information about motel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle transactions, and billing with accuracy and discretion.
  • Ensure the security of guest information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Assist with laundry tasks such as washing, drying, and folding linens.
  • Help with housekeeping duties, including cleaning common areas.
  • Be able to perform 2 night auditor shift per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment.
Previous Customer Service experience is an asset.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
The right candidate must be available for all shifts for training.
