We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service in a professional environment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The Front Desk Agent will book reservations, help with any guest needs, and check guests in and out.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and record keeping.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office environment while multitasking under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
