As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face and the trusted point of contact for our guests. From check-in to check-out, your role is to deliver exceptional hospitality with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine smile. The Element by Westin in Uptown Albuquerque, is adding to the front desk team! You are responsible for delivering outstanding service throughout the check-in and check-out process, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional guest service. You will help create a welcoming environment while maintaining accuracy in reservations, financial transactions, and front office and hotel procedures.
