* Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. * Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction. * Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements. * Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures. * Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel. * Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * High school graduate or equivalent. * Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred. * Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding. * Computer experience preferred. * Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. * Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
