JOB TITLE: FRONT DESK AGENT / LAUNDRY SUPPORT

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent who will be the first point of contact for our guests while also assisting the housekeeping team with light laundry duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Greet and check guests in/out efficiently and professionally
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and handle reservations
• Process payments
• Provide local information and excellent customer service
• Completing laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
