JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. (Shifts including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am)
